Riverview Psychotherapy Services is an LGBTQIA+-affirming practice offering therapy for individuals and families. As this was their first website, they needed a client-centered platform that would serve both prospective clients and insurance partners.
We created a clean, accessible Squarespace site that clearly communicates their services, values, and approach. We repurposed the blog feature into a growing resource hub, added a new FAQ page, and selected a flexible template to support future growth as their team expands. With warm design and inclusive copy, the site balances professionalism with a welcoming tone.
An About page introduces the founder and outlines the practice’s guiding values, helping new clients feel welcomed and informed.
Service offerings are presented with transparency and include room for future expansion, plus CTAs that help guide visitors to the next step of reaching out.
Squarespace’s blog feature was repurposed into a hub for helpful content and client support. Alongside a new FAQ page, the resource section offers accessible information to guide clients between sessions.
A customized contact page includes a tailored form, interactive map, and all the details clients need to inquire or schedule an appointment.
