Before design, I spent over a decade providing direct service in the nonprofit sector. I saw how even tiny design decisions could make or break someone’s ability to participate, whether in a classroom, a social service, or online. That led me to shift into tech, so I could support people doing meaningful work in ways that reflect their values and strengthen their impact.
