Notehouse is an affordable, intuitive case management software built by and for human helpers. They wanted a fresh marketing site to communicate their value, share their story, and highlight key features. We began with a site audit and updated the design system with accessible brand colors, streamlined elements, and consistent styling.
Our focus was on improving clarity and usability by showcasing the software throughout the site, creating a customer support hub, sharing their founding story and values, and redesigning the blog to boost SEO. Each update aimed to make the experience more intuitive and engaging for users, showing how Notehouse saves time and remains user-friendly.

I had the pleasure of working with Mimi on a website design project where she succeeded as a talented and dedicated UX professional. Her ability to communicate and collaborate effectively makes her a joy to work with—she listens carefully to feedback and is always open to offering thoughtful suggestions of her own. As a designer, Mimi strikes the perfect balance between user needs and the goals of the project owners. She takes a thoughtful, user-centered approach, ensuring that every decision made in the design process enhances the overall experience. Mimi’s attention to detail and ability to stay organized throughout the project helped keep things running smoothly and efficiently. What really sets Mimi apart, though, is her warmth and collaborative spirit. She’s approachable, easy to communicate with, and consistently fosters a positive and productive environment for everyone involved. I highly recommend Mimi to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind designer who excels at creating thoughtful, well-executed work.
